What you need to know before you go!

Please, contact the Pathfinder Department about tickets. We are purchasing any unused tickets from our Indiana Clubs. If you purchase from outside the conference, there is a lot of risk.
Anyone who purchased tickets prior to November 2023, MUST reprint them! Printing is not possible till April. So, if you purchase them before the reprint date, it’s NOT valid. You will not be able to get into the camporee.
So, the Pathfinder department is keeping a ticket waiting list and a tickets available to be purchased list. So, email me if you need tickets: Indysdayouth@gmail.com

Every person over the age of 9 years old and up, are required to pay Indiana Conference Pathfinder department $125.00 each. Children 4-8 years old cost $65. Children 0-3 are free.
You will receive meals from Monday, August 5 supper through Saturday, August 10 supper. For a total of 16 meals. Plus, free electricity to each club campsite. We will be opening up Camping Fee Deadline is June 1, 2024!

When you sponsor a club, you have to add them into your square footage, and feed them. Since we are feeding everyone from Indiana in one tent, this adds a lot of stress to our infrastructure. So, we are not able to take on anyone outside of Indiana.

Local clubs are responsible for the travel organization and cost of getting to the camporee.

We have purchased pins for the camporee for the Indiana Pathfinders to keep or trade. Pin trading is a hugh part of the camporee. Pins cost $3.50
They were designed by an Area Coordinator committee. They are amazing!
We absolutely do not sell these to anyone outside our conference.
